Emiliano con atri artigiani e di rispettare i tempi di consegna. Valutazione molto positiva mi sento di consigliarla per qualsiasi ristrutturazione. Svolgono egregiamente il loro lavoro e sanno ascoltare e consigliare il cliente. Di fronte ad un problema di cui non avevano alcuna responsabilità, sono riusciti a trovare la soluzione e il problema è diventato “una chicca di eleganza e originalità”. Preventivo preciso e adeguato, senza sorprese finali, grazie anche alla competenza e rara onestà di Isa, dell’ufficio amministrativo. Tempi di esecuzione lavori super rispettati, anche grazie alla disponibilità di alcuni componenti del team a lavorare di sabato (non smetterò mai di ringraziarli). Avevano già dimostrato di essere in gamba due anni fa ,ristrutturando un piccolo appartamento di 40 mq, lo hanno confermato adesso ristrutturando un appartamento molto ma molto più grande. Stra-consigliati! Se riuscirò a comprarmi un piccolo nido al mare, li mando in trasferta in Liguria! Successivamente ho scelto loro, ed è stata una tra le migliori scelte che abbia mai potuto fare per professionalità, puntualità, rapporto qualità prezzo, trasparenza, affidabilità. Posso dire si essermi trovato molto bene su tutti gli aspetti; - La comunicazione è ottima, Emiliano che gestisce i lavori è sempre molto disponibile e ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio quando necessario - La qualità dei lavori e dei materiali proposti ed utilizzati è stata per me molto soddisfacente. - I tempi concordati sono stati rispettati - La contabilità è gestita in modo efficiente da Isa, eventuali variazioni rispetto al preventivo sono sempre concordate preventivamente. Consiglio vivamente SE Impresa Edile perché vi ho trovato una professionalità, cordialità e interesse nella buona riuscita del lavoro che non è comune quando ci si affida per una ristrutturazione. Tra i 6 preventivi che avevo a disposizione, ho scelto l’impresa di Emiliano soprattutto per la fiducia che mi ha dimostrato nel nostro primo colloquio. Poca formalità, subito un rapporto diretto e di “amicizia”, più economico rispetto agli altri preventivi che avevo ricevuto. Ho iniziato questo percorso in un periodo particolare a causa del Covid ma si sono sempre dimostrati professionali, scrupolosi e attenti. Hanno assecondato costantemente le mie richieste ed anche eventuali “cambi di programma” dell’ultimo minuto. Emiliano, nostro punto di riferimento, reperibile letteralmente 24 ore su 24, ha gestito il suo team in maniera eccellente, rendendoci quotidianamente partecipi dei lavori eseguiti. Sono molto soddisfatto di come ha trasformato l’appartamento e dei consigli che mi ha dato durante questo percorso. Anche dal punto di vista economico, con le varie aggiunte/modifiche fatte, con altre imprese avrei speso molto di più.
