Unica pecca la signora che lavora lì, poco cordiale e niente affatto gentile con clienti di genere femminile. Molto sgarbata. Consiglio di andare quando non c'è lei. Vengo a comprare attrezzi non a subire la sua acidità, oltre al fatto che nemmeno sa dove si trova, se le si chiede qualcosa riguardo i prodotti deve chiedere aiuto ai colleghi. Incompetente. Nemmeno fornisce una busta per incartare gli acquisti. Friendly, very helpful, professional staff. The only flaw is the lady who works there, not very friendly and not at all kind to female customers. Very rude. I recommend going when she isn't there. I come to buy tools not to suffer from its acidity, besides the fact that she doesn't even know where she is, if you ask her about the products she must ask for help from colleagues. Incompetent. It doesn't even provide an envelope to wrap purchases.
