★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono scandalosi, non rispondono mai al telefono, il pacco che attendo in consegna è passato una volta senza lasciare nemmeno uno scontrino o qualcosa per rintracciarli nuovamente, non ripassano più e sono impossibili da contattare.
They are scandalous, they never answer the phone, the package I am waiting for has passed once without leaving even a receipt or something to track them down again, they never come back and are impossible to contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente vergognoso!! Non consegnano i pacchi e sulla tracciabilita' scrivono falsità del tipo, il mittente ha rifiutato di ritirare la consegna o non ha pagato..... Ovviamente sono fasulli anche i contatti, non puoi scrivere per reclamare e al telefono sono introvabili. Ormai non riesco più a ricevere nessun ordine affidato a sda. SCANDALOSI!!
Simply shameful !! They do not deliver the parcels and on the traceability they write falsehoods such as, the sender refused to collect the delivery or did not pay ..... Obviously the contacts are also bogus, you cannot write to complain and on the phone they are nowhere to be found. I am no longer able to receive any orders entrusted to sda. SCANDALS !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono delusa mi e arrivata una mail dove dice che mi è stato consegnato il pacco ho pagato tramite visa e n e arrivato nulla.ho aspettato un giorno e niente.ho chiamato sda imperia e ce sempre la segreteria.n e un azienda seria .ho chiamato amazon .ora vediamo se fanno qualcosa x restituirmi i soldi o per avere ciò che n mi e ancora arrivato .altrimenti agirò di conseguenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle Ditte più scandalose, se non la prima in assoluto, sul mercato. Introvabili al telefono, danno un numero che se lo chiami ti dicono poi che è inesistente. Su un altro numero chiamato ti chiedono, ovviamente una segrateria automatica, di dargli il numero di spedizione, ma le avvertenze sono quelle di non dare una lettera e dei numeri che però esistono sul tuo numero. In un Paese Civile non potrebbero esistere comportamenti siffatti,pena denuncie con conndanne a pagare il cliente per mancata consegna e perdite di tempo nel cercare di trovare il pacco da ricevere. Una vergogna.
One of the most scandalous companies, if not the first ever, on the market. Unobtainable on the phone, they give a number that if you call them they tell you that it is non-existent. On another number called they ask you, obviously an automatic secretariat, to give them the shipping number, but the warnings are not to give a letter and numbers that exist on your number. In a civilized country such behavior could not exist, under penalty of complaints with conndanne to pay the customer for non-delivery and waste of time in trying to find the package to receive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. They weren't able to find our address and they didn't even bother calling the phone number we left them in the details. A day later we had to go to the site to pickup the parcel and they were closed earlier that the operator on the phone told us just the day before.
