 Their service is worse. They left the package with my neighbor who was on vacation for a week. Next time, never order any packages with this courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato materasso IKEA per una nuova casa in cui ovviamente senza materasso, non vivo. Mi avevano assicurato che prima della consegna mi avrebbero contattato e invece hanno fatto 2 tentativi di consegna senza avvisarmi e soprattutto mi dicono indirizzo NON TROVATO!! Ma sulla fattura io c'è l'ho stampato il mio indirizzo. Ora devo fare 50 km per andare a ritirare un materasso che non so neppure se ci sta in macchina! Ho pagato per una consegna che non è stata effettuata.
Bought IKEA mattress for a new home where obviously without a mattress, I don't live. They assured me that before delivery they would contact me and instead they made 2 delivery attempts without notifying me and above all they tell me address NOT FOUND !! But I have my address printed on the invoice. Now I have to travel 50 km to pick up a mattress that I don't even know if it fits in the car! I paid for a delivery that didn't go through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere dopo avermi chiamato e dopo avergli spiegato la strada e tutto mi chiama dopo 20 minuti alle 17:50 circa dicendo che a quell'ora se ne deve andare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mattino successivo al primo tentativo di consegna in cui non ero presente a casa, l'impiegata rende il mio pacco senza nemmeno depositarlo in giacenza come invece dovrebbe essere previsto. Di fatti, nei tre giorni successivi l'utente dovrebbe aver la possibilità di richiedere un ulteriore tentativo di consegna in modo programmato.
Evidentemente SDA non consegna pacchi ma li fa ai clienti! Complimenti per la serietà!

Obviously SDA does not deliver parcels but does them to customers! Congratulations on your seriousness!
