★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery failed multiple times. After 7 days, it's still not possible to understand how can I get my shipment, since noone picks up the phone calls. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery service in the world : 0 star !!! STOP OUTSOURCE TO THEM ! They don't ring and pretend you wasn't home, and after, to recover the pack, 60 euros taxi to get it in a hangar in the middle of nowhere (at the entrance they confiscate your passport !!!). Aberrant !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst shipping company. They falsely claimed a delivery attempt. It is impossible to call, nobody answers the phone. I drove 50 kilometers to retrieve my package and the receptionist at the desk flatly denied she could look up my package because the origin number was from the USA. Luckily, a coworker over heard the conversation and was able to find the package. They had forwarded the package to an Italian Post Office. The worst customer service ever. I was lucky there was someone who overheard the conversation. Now I must wait to have the package delivered to the local Post Office. I don't know why Italian Poste uses this contractor. Horrible!!!
