Mi sono sempre trovato benissimo, grande professionalità, disponibilità e simpatia...Mio figlio partecipa al corso di tennis da anni e si diverte e impara uno sport bellissimo...da ultimo consigliato anche a mio padre che ha ripreso ad allenarsi. Super consigliato!
For over three years now I have been teaching Maestro Flavio Totino and his team. I've always had a great time, great professionalism, helpfulness and sympathy ... My son participates in the tennis course for years and has fun and learns a beautiful sport ... lastly also recommended to my father who resumed training. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Associato alla scuola, per un banale diverbio riguardo 20 euro (la scuola voleva pagassi una lezione privata perchè in una giornata di corso collettiva prevista da calendario risultavo l'unico presente) vengo messo alla porta senza motivazioni valide, anzi più spesso mi viene detto che sono 1 dei 150 associati e che valgo poco.
Attenzione ad accettare tali mentalità poco professionali.
L'onestà e la professionalità sono discutibili nel rapporto con il cliente. A mio modo di vedere pessima qualità scuola/gestione clientela.
Inoltre non viene condiviso nè il regolamento sociale nè il calendario lezioni, nonostante siano stati ripetutamente chiesti.
Purtroppo devo mettere almeno 1 stella
Associated with the school, for a trivial dispute about 20 euros (the school wanted me to pay a private lesson because I was the only one present in a day of group course scheduled by the calendar) I am put at the door without valid reasons, indeed more often I am told that I am 1 of the 150 members and I am worth little.
Beware of accepting such unprofessional mindsets.
Honesty and professionalism are questionable in the relationship with the customer. In my view, poor quality school / customer management.
Furthermore, neither the social regulation nor the lesson calendar is shared, despite being asked repeatedly.
Unfortunately I have to put at least 1 star
