★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled to Sicily on a gastronomic tourism trip, and on my way through Siracusa, I was lucky enough to participate in one of Alessia's gastronomic experiences.
From the visit to the market, where Alessia, in a very professional way, told us about the local ingredients and dishes and invited us to enjoy the local sausages to the culinary class in her kitchen, everything was just perfect.
It is an experience that I strongly recommend and will repeat as soon as I have the first opportunity.
