★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono state serate bellissime in cui, nonostante io cucini da una vita e abbastanza benino, ho imparato tantissime cose (avrei dovuto registrare tutto quanto è stato detto perché, anche le cose più semplici e che davi per scontate, avevano una loro spiegazione e una loro magia), ho conosciuto persone simpatiche, ho lavorato e mi sono divertita e soprattutto ho conosciuto lo chef Pietro che è stato meraviglioso. Consiglierei a tutti di fare un'esperienza così!!!
 They were beautiful evenings in which, although I have been cooking for a lifetime and quite well, I learned a lot of things (I should have recorded everything that was said because, even the simplest things that you took for granted, had their explanation and their own magic), I met nice people, I worked and I had fun and above all I met chef Pietro who was wonderful. I would recommend everyone to have an experience like this !!!
