Ho iscritto mio figlio di 15 mesi pagando anticipatamente sia la retta d'iscrizione che la retta mensile ( €240,00) e dopo solo 6 giorni di frequenza mi sono sentita dire che il bambino non si integrava bene nel gruppo e che essendo il più piccolo era anche pericolosa la convivenza con gli altri bambini che giocando avrebbero potuto spingerlo a terra e fargli male. In realtà la direttrice ha anche ammesso che la scuola non era attrezzata per bambini così piccoli. Bene...Avrei preferito saperlo prima. In ogni caso ho chiesto la restituzione dei soldi o almeno di una parte. La direttrice mi aveva assicurato che nel giro di pochi giorni mi avrebbe fatto contattare dall'amministrazione. Sono passati 15 giorni e stò ancora aspettando...
 Very bad experience! I registered my 15-month-old son by paying in advance both the enrollment fee and the monthly fee (€ 240.00) and after only 6 days of attendance I was told that the child did not integrate well into the group and that being the most small was also dangerous the cohabitation with the other children that playing could push him to the ground and hurt him. In reality, the director also admitted that the school was not equipped for such small children. Well ... I would have preferred to have known before. In any case, I asked for the return of the money or at least part of it. The manager assured me that in a few days she would have me contacted by the administration. 15 days have passed and I'm still waiting ...
