★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono nemmeno riuscita ad arrivare a prenotare la lezione che avrei voluto fare: sono stata rimbalzata tra le istruttrici sentendomi dire che "sì, no, ma è la mia collega che di solito si occupa delle lezioni agli adulti, le do il numero". Quando sono finite le istruttrici a cui scaricarmi, semplicemente l'ultima non mi ha più mandato il numero successivo. Sarebbe stato più professionale e avrebbe fatto perdere meno tempo a tutti quanti se mi fosse stato risposto semplicemente che il maneggio non offre lezioni di equitazione agli adulti.
I didn't even manage to book the lesson I wanted to do: I was bounced among the instructors being told that "yes, no, but it's my colleague who usually takes care of the lessons for adults, I'll give her the number". When I ran out of instructors to download me to, the last one just didn't send me the next issue. It would have been more professional and would have wasted everyone less time if I was simply told that the riding school does not offer riding lessons for adults.
