Ho perso 3 settimane del mio tempo e non solo! Ho chiamato questa ditta per portare il mio tablet per il cambio della batteria, il signore che mi ha risposto ha detto che per quel modelo non aveva la batteria in negozio ma si era reso disponibile di cercare la batteria per effettuare il cambio. Dopo 2 giorni circa mi ha chiamato per dire che aveva trovato la batteria e che avrei potuto passare quando volevo… invece dopo 3 settimane di scuse varie mi sono stancata e ho chiesto la restituzione del mio tablet così come ho lasciato, ma purtroppo mi sono ritrovata con il tablet rotto, senza nemmeno la batteria vecchia che al suo dire si era rotta nel momento in cui lui ha cercato di estrarla. Ma siamo seri?! Quindi esperienza da dimenticare in tutti i sensi, per i tempi di attesa, persona difficile da rintracciare, ha rotto il tablet, ha rotto la batteria, ancora funzionante anche se male, e per finire è riuscito a perdere il carrello della porta sim sostituendo con un’altro non compatibile. Il negozio è adiacente ad una casa e risulta è spesso chiuso. C’e un cartello con su scritto suonare il campanello se la porta è chiusa, ma non apre mai nessuno! Mai più ritornerò da lui, e non lo consiglio a nessuno perché se fino ad ora è andata bene per le altre persone a me no! Alla fine ho portato il tablet dalla concorrenza che mi ha ricevuto molto bene e nel giro di una settimana ha trovato è installato la batteria nuova ma purtroppo ho dovuto pagare anche per la riparazione del tablet perche è arrivato rotto per l’errata apertura.

I lost 3 weeks of my time and more! I called this company to bring my tablet to change the battery, the gentleman who replied said that for that model he did not have the battery in the shop but he made himself available to look for the battery to make the change. After about 2 days he called me to say that he had found the battery and that I could go when I wanted ... but after 3 weeks of various apologies I got tired and asked for the return of my tablet as I left it, but unfortunately I found myself with the broken tablet, without even the old battery which, according to him, had broken when he tried to extract it. But are we serious ?! So experience to forget in every sense, for waiting times, difficult person to trace, broke the tablet, broke the battery, still working even if badly, and finally managed to lose the sim door trolley by replacing it with another not compatible. The shop is adjacent to a house and is often closed. There is a sign that says ring the bell if the door is closed, but nobody ever opens it! I will never return to him, and I do not recommend it to anyone because until now it has gone well for other people, not me! In the end I brought the tablet from the competition which received me very well and within a week found the new battery installed but unfortunately I also had to pay for the repair of the tablet because it arrived broken due to the incorrect opening.
