Mette davvero tanta passione nel suo lavoro, oltre che abbondanti corsi di formazione dove ci siamo conosciuti circa 3 anni fa! Ama preparare cocktail e sta cominciando a diffondere il bere caffè di qualità attraverso l'utilizzo di specialty coffee, utilizza anche diversi metodi per estrarre il caffè!! Continua così!!??
Domenico is a friend as well as a colleague!
He puts so much passion into his work, as well as abundant training courses where we met about 3 years ago! He loves to prepare cocktails and is starting to spread quality coffee drinking through the use of specialty coffee, he also uses different methods to extract coffee !! Keep it up !! ??

Sia la mattina che la sera tardi il signor Domenico saprà farvi apprezzare la sapienza e la maestria di un grande barista e barman..
Tanti corsi, ma anche premi e riconoscimenti fanno di Domenico il miglior barista in paese..
Caffè e cappuccino preparati alla maniera tradizionale e con amore per la professione..
Ma sono i cocktail il punto forte, tradizionali o molecolari..
Da Scrivo, venire per mangiare qualcosa, un aperitivo o un panino preparato al momento è un piacere..
