★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il telaio Gran Luce a doppia anta una volta che le porte sono montate le fa sporgere di 2,5 centimentri rispetto alla linea dei profili. Dall'ufficio tecnico ammettono che è così e che è pure indicato nella scheda tecnica. L' artigiano che mi ha montato la porta (dopo averla costruita su misura) seguendo le istruzioni mi ha fatto vedere che se avessero spostato l'attacco 2,5 cm all'interno del pannellino di base e indicando una pari aumento di lunghezza delle ante in laboratorio avrebbero potuto realizzare tutte le parti in modo da non avere sporgenze. Dalla Scrigno si rifiutano persino di prendere in considerazione che possano aver sbagliato. Customer Care inesistente e prodotto evidentemente molto lontano dalla qualità che invece si sono fatti pagare al momento dell'acquisto. Mai più.

The craftsman who assembled the door (after making it to measure) following the instructions showed me that if they had moved the attachment 2.5 cm inside the base panel and indicating an equal increase in the length of the doors in the laboratory they could have made all the parts so as not to have protrusions. Dalla Scrigno even refuse to consider that they may have made a mistake. Non-existent Customer Care and product evidently very far from the quality that they paid for at the time of purchase. Never again.
