È stata fatta una richiesta di cambio vestiti con scontrino e approvazione dal centro generale di Bologna e lui si rifiutava di effettuare il cambio. Inveiva, non faceva parlare e soprattutto offendeva, il mio comportamento è stato il più tranquillo e rispettoso in assoluto, con tanti di vari clienti testimoni del fatto. Non esistono parole per descrivere veramente il fatto. Assurdo e orrendo è poco. Mi auguro che il Signor Paolo fosse semplicemente di pessimo umore perché altre spiegazioni non penso di trovarle. Non si poteva parlare nemmeno con le altre referenti del negozio che venivi interrotto, offeso e trattato come una pezza da piedi. Sono rimasto sconcertato.
