Mi sono infatti imbattuta in una commessa che aveva dimenticato a casa la gentilezza e la coerenza. Tralasciando i suoi modi sbrigativi e sgarbati, se pretendi che il cliente indossi la mascherina correttamente, allora pretendilo in primis dal personale e quindi dal tuo collega del reparto uomo. Grazie.
