Sono andata in negozio oggi pomeriggio con mio figlio e dopo aver salutato cortesemente la commessa, le abbiamo chiesto di indicarci dei possibili capi da guardare per acquistare la misura giusta di una maglia o un pantalone. Allora lei è stata disattenta e approssimativa, perchè ci ha dato una sola inicazione, senza guidarci nella scelta. Nemmeno di capi non in saldo. Ci ha lasciati completamente da soli senza avere un minimo di riguardo nei nostri confronti, apparsi smarriti perchè non sapevamo dove e cosa guardare. Indecente e inqualificabile. Maleducata. Me ne guardo bene di ritornare e farò cattiva pubblicità a riguardo, se in un negozio ci lavora questo tipo di personale. Un pò di formazione e lezioni di come si trattano i clienti, non le guasterebbero. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Bad experience. I went to the shop this afternoon with my son and after having kindly greeted the saleswoman, we asked her to tell us about possible items to look at to buy the right size of a shirt or trousers. Then she was inattentive and approximate, because she gave us only one indication, without guiding us in the choice. Not even of unsold items. He left us completely alone without having a minimum of regard for us, who seemed lost because we didn't know where and what to look at. Indecent and unspeakable. Rude. I look forward to returning and will make bad publicity about it, if this type of staff works in a shop. A little training and lessons on how customers treat themselves would not hurt them. Experience not to be repeated.

Purchases made on many occasions, you find everything well organized, friendly and helpful staff. Right prices on clothing. Some little things could relate to the price but otherwise it's ok.
