★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give the 5 stars, because this is one of the stores I love, which are run for many generations and will die out when the now elderly people give up to run it. In former times all little places in Italy had their local stores. Today, with all the new supermarkets not far away, all of these have a hard time to survive and will certainly close sooner or later.
So hurry up to visit them and buy something there to help to maintain this dear reality as long as possible.
In this place here I would recommend to buy a sandwich, prepared for you as you like it and then sit and have your picnic right outside the shop, in a small terrace under the umbrella or 10m further on the benches placed in a space along the the curve of the main road which the owner himself has decorated artistically with a fancy stone wall. It looks like a little paradise. From here you can enjoy the beautiful nature of this piece of earth and rest with a quick lunch bought in the little shop.
