Oggi però, ha superato le mie aspettative! Ho portato il mio cane a lavare ed aveva un problema di unghie molto lunghe per cui camminava a fatica Non solo mi ha ridato un cagnone profumato e pulito ma poteva finalmente correre di nuovo senza avere fastidi! Ringrazio a nome mio e di Potty per il buon lavoro fatto sia da Federico che dal suo staff! Lo consiglio vivamente sia per la DOG SPA che per tutto il resto! I nostri amici pelosi meritano il meglio e qui c'è nè! Grazie I had already been able to see Federico's professionalism and dedication when I adopted Potty a few years ago, in advising me on the type of croquettes, explaining in detail the differences and qualities of each single product. Today however, it has exceeded my expectations! I took my dog to wash and he had a problem with very long nails that made him walk with difficulty. Not only did he give me back a scented and clean dog but he could finally run again without having any discomfort! Thanks in my name and Potty's for the good work done by both Federico and his staff! I highly recommend it for both the DOG SPA and everything else! Our furry friends deserve the best and here is none! Thanks

Negozio molto ben fornito, ogni aspetto della vita dei nostri piccoli amori ha il suo spazio qui. Soprattutto adesso che hanno aperto anche la toelettatura! Ho portato il mio gatto da loro, essendo a pelo lungo aveva molti nodi che da sola non riuscivo più a togliere, loro con pazienza e cura hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro, nonostante il mio gatto non fosse per niente collaborativo. Sinceramente quello che più apprezzo è la passione del personale, si vede che amano quello che fanno, e noi torniamo sempre volentieri. PS: sempre attenti all'ambiente e alla salute con prodotti biologici, che non guasta ;) The owner's smile is the business card that welcomes you as soon as you enter this shop. Very well stocked shop, every aspect of the life of our little loves has its space here. Especially now that they have also opened the grooming! I brought my cat to them, being long-haired it had many knots that I could no longer remove by itself, they did a great job with patience and care, although my cat was not cooperative at all. Honestly, what I appreciate most is the passion of the staff, you can see that they love what they do, and we always come back willingly. PS: always attentive to the environment and health with organic products, which does not hurt;)

Un sacco di iniziative e servizio personalizzato secondo le esigenze del cliente. Si vede che c'è la voglia di distinguersi. Visto che ora c'è la possibilità di comprare qualunque cosa i ovunque e in ogni momento...bisogna dare al cliente un motivo per scegliere un punto vendita anziché un altro per i propri acquisti.
