★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto competente, la titolare ci sa fare con gli animali e a mio avviso è anche onesta nei prezzi. La consiglio vivamente , la mia cagnolina era bellissima dopo la toelettatura.
Very competent, the owner knows how to do with animals and in my opinion is also honest in the prices. I highly recommend it, my little dog was beautiful after grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio gatto e nonostante ci fossero pappagalli liberi il gatto era assolutamente a suo agio e rilassato . La ragazza e stata gentilissima e paziente e mi ha riconsegnato il gatto senza un nodo e profumatissimo . Assolutamente la consiglio
I brought my cat and although there were free parrots the cat was absolutely comfortable and relaxed. The girl was very kind and patient and gave me back the cat without a knot and very fragrant. I absolutely recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cagnetto ed è stata davvero una brutta esperienza. All' interno della sala ci sono un cacatua e un'Ara (volatile di grandi dimensioni) che spaventano e mettono in ansia i cani. Il pavimento era sporco per le le feci dei volatili tenuti liberi (per inteso, niente contro gli uccelli tropicali che di sicuro non andrebbero tenuti in cattività in uno spazio angusto). Ho chiesto lavaggio e spuntatura del pelo del mio cane (a pelo lungo) senza che gli venisse tagliato il ciuffetto sulla testa.Mi è stato riconsegnato pelato e senza alcuna ulteriore sistemazione del pelo. La ragazza è stata gentile ma non è così che si lavora. Ho pagato 30 euro per un bagnetto casalingo che avrei potuto fare io in casa senza impaurire il cane. Pessimo davvero.
I took my little dog and it was a really bad experience. Inside the room there are a cockatoo and a macaw (large bird) that frighten and make dogs anxious. The floor was dirty with the feces of the birds kept free (of course, nothing against tropical birds that certainly should not be kept in captivity in a confined space). I asked for washing and trimming of my dog's hair (long-haired) without the tuft on his head being cut, he was returned to me bald and without any further hair arrangement. The girl was nice but that's not how it works. I paid 30 euros for a home bath that I could have done at home without frightening the dog. Really bad.

Cozy shop. Excellent competence and knowledge of animals and a passion for the activity that exudes as soon as you come into contact with the owner. Nice, clean place, especially for the entertainment offered by 2 wonderful talking and dancing parrots .... Experience in my opinion excellent, dog groomed with care, excellent products at a very interesting price full satisfaction
