Die Antwort ist, dass die daran arbeiten. Wie lange das dauert, weiss man nicht. I have had the machine with us recently and have some software problems My problem is that I keep repeating crashes I bought the machine directly from SCM in Italy as I am not based in Germany. Wysyłają niby najlepszego serwisanta podczas mojej nie obecności (urlop za granicą) by udowodnił mi, że nie mam racji podważając wcześniejszą opinie swojego kolego po fachu. Biorę gotówkę i żegnam ten zakłamany świat Firmy SCM raz na zawsze. Szkoda czasu i pieniędzy. Dopiero po fakcie dowiaduję się z różnych zakątków polski, że to nie tylko ja miałem takie problemy! Pomyśl zanim wydasz złotówkę na tą niekompetentna firmę! Sam nie wiem co mnie bardziej zabolało, maszyna z wadami fabrycznymi czy potraktowanie przez pracowników tej firmy I purchased a Stefani Edgebander. I received it, as I remember well, with a month's delay and a different model. I called the service. They send supposedly the best service technician during my absence (holiday abroad) to prove to me that I am wrong to question the previous opinion of my colleague. I take cash and say goodbye to this hypocritical world of SCM once and for all. It's a waste of time and money. Only after the fact I learn from various parts of Poland that it was not only me who had such problems! Think before you spend a buck on this incompetent company! I don't know what hurt me more, the machine with factory defects or the treatment by the employees of this company

LA MACCHINA ATTUALMENTE LA HO MESSA IN VENDITA EEEE MAI PIU ACQUIESTERO' MACCHINE SCM E SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI ACQUISTARE QUESTA MARCA PER IL FUTURO Macchine tecnologiche con ASSISTENZA "ZERRROOO" se chiami non ti sanno dire il problema tecnico della Macchina ti sparano cifre Astronomiche per guasti causati dalle loro progettazioni sbagliate ho prove documentate su una macchina acquistata 2017 costo 32.000 euro, smontate le schede elettroniche era applicato su parte retro con nastro ADESIVO di Carta e scritto a MANO la dicitura : (SCHEDA PROTOTIPO IN COLLAUDO ) la macchina ha sempre avuto KO e tutt' oggi e ferma perche non sanno quale sia la causa E' SE LA VOGLIO FAR FUNZIONARE PER COLPA LORO DEVO SBORSARE 5.500 EURO . BEEEEE DI CERTO NON ACQUISTEREMMO MAI PIU' MACCHINE SCM. SCM ..... AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS THE MACHINE STILL STOPS DUE TO LOW INABILITY OF THE SERVICE TO SORT THE FAILURE CAUSED AT THE ORIGIN. I HAVE CURRENTLY SELLING THE MACHINE EEE AND NEVER AGAIN I WILL PURCHASE SCM MACHINES AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO PURCHASE THIS BRAND FOR THE FUTURE Technological machines with "ZERRROOO" ASSISTANCE if you call you cannot tell the technical problem of the Machine they will shoot you Astronomical digits for breakdowns caused by their wrong designs I have documented evidence on a machine purchased in 2017 cost 32,000 euros, once the electronic boards were removed it was applied on the back with ADHESIVE paper tape and handwritten the words: (PROTOTYPE CARD UNDER TESTING) the machine has always had a KO and still today because they do not know what the cause is. S	Sebastian Gorzelnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In January i've ordered beam saw and sellers told me that it's ready to ship. I wanted it very soon so time was crucial for me. I've set date with SCM on deliver and machine commissioning at 21.02. Today it's 24.02 and SCM Group told me that they don't know when machine will be ready to send and they'll know more in one month. So in Januar machine was ready to ship and right now they dont even know when they will deliver it... Awesome :) I just want to add that i've singed deals with my customers for cutting laminate board and i cannot do this so i have to pay fines.
