Very accurate workmanship, kind and competent owner, a lot of passion in the work, great reliability. Punctuality in deliveries (with text message of ready goods). Excellent value for money. Shipping everywhere. A bit small, but in an excellent central area.

Dopo quasi due settimane , finalmente, mi chiamate dicendomi che è pronto, vengo a prenderlo e NON SOLO NON È STATO FATTO, MA È ANCHE DANNEGGIATO DA SEGNI DI CUCITURE E COLLA. Siete inclassificabili!!! Vi segnalerò al servizio consumatori oltre che sconsigliarvi in ogni modo sul web!!!
You tricked me and cheated me !!! I do not recommend this place to anyone as you have been dishonest and unfair. I took my backpack to repair, you tell me it will be ready after a week. After almost two weeks, finally, you call me and tell me it's ready, I'm coming to get it and NOT ONLY IT WAS NOT DONE, BUT IT'S ALSO DAMAGED BY SEAMS AND GLUE. You are unclassifiable !!! I will report you to the consumer service as well as advise you against in any way on the web !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato qui la mia borsa di Louis Vuitton perché avevo rotto la tracolla agganciandomi ad un paletto. La Signora Mariagrazia è stata gentilissima nell’illustrarmi le varie soluzioni con le quali si poteva intervenire specificando anche i diversi prezzi in base all’intervento. Devo dire che sono rimasta davvero sorpresa dal lavoro che è stato fatto, la borsa mi è stata restituita praticamente nuova e sfido chiunque a trovare il punto dove sono intervenuti. Tra l’altro dal preventivo che mi aveva inviato ho risparmiato il 50% perché sono riusciti a trovare un pezzo di pelle esattamente uguale. Detto questo consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questo negozio se aveste bisogno di riparazioni e quant’altro perché rimarrete sorpresi dalla bravura di questi artigiani. Grazie davvero di cuore.
I brought my Louis Vuitton bag here because I broke the shoulder strap by hooking it to a post. Mrs. Mariagrazia was very kind in illustrating the various solutions with which it was possible to intervene, also specifying the different prices based on the intervention. I must say that I was really surprised by the work that was done, the bag was returned to me practically new and I challenge anyone to find the point where they intervened. Among other things, from the quote he sent me I saved 50% because they managed to find a piece of leather exactly the same. Having said that, I highly recommend contacting this shop if you need repairs and so on, because you will be surprised by the skill of these craftsmen. Thank you very much.
