Avevo ricevuto come regalo un anello di oro bianco che ho mandato a restringere, purtroppo nel giorno del ritiro, trovo un altro anello all’interno.
Dopo un mese di giri e rigiri non sono riuscita ad avere il mio anello indietro in nessun modo.
I regali portano dietro dei ricordi e il comportamento dimostrato dal negozio è stato a dir poco non professionale.
