Ho acquistato 85 vetro mattone e me ne sono stati consegnati un numero inferiore. Non sono stati consegnati i distanziatori, così quando l'impresa edile è venuta a casa mia non ha potuto eseguire il lavoro (che ho dovuto pagare ugualmente, in forma ridotta, per il disturbo). Adesso sto per partire non mi sarà più possibile far eseguire i lavori. Non riuscirò mai a capire il motivo di questo atteggiamento pressappochista che danneggia se stessi e il prossimo.
