Sono assolutamente soddisfatto della resa di quest'articolo ed ancora di più dell'assistenza ricevuta la scorsa settimana, in tempi di emergenza COVID-19, che mi ha permesso di sistemare un piccolo problema basandomi sulla descrizione inviata nell'arco di 24 ore dalla mia richiesta di aiuto. Grazie la qualità del lavoro di questa azienda è una realtà italiana Some years (7) back I bought the PVC frames of Shultz Italy. I am absolutely satisfied with the yield of this article and even more with the assistance received last week, in times of emergency COVID-19, which allowed me to fix a small problem based on the description sent within 24 hours of my help request. m	marta ursino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda d'eccellenza. Abbiamo acquistato infissi Sekur RC3 antieffarzione. L'anno scorso abbiamo subito un tentativo di intrusione. Sicuramente l'alta qualità dell'infisso ha impedito ai ladri di entrare! L'infisso è stato danneggiato in più punti facendo leva con piede di porco nel vano tentativo di scardinare l'anta. Non riuscendoci, si sono quindi accaniti sul doppio vetro che, non essendo blindato (ma comunque di buonissima resistenza, visto il modo in cui si è rotto), alla fine sono riusciti a sfondarlo in un piccolo tratto vicino alla maniglia, ma la maniglia, provvista di chiusura con chiave, ha comunque impedito ai ladri di entrare!! A quel punto hanno rinunciato al tentativo di furto, probabilmente perché si sono resi conto che avrebbero dovuto perdere molto tempo per distruggere buona parte del vetro per entrare. Abbiamo sostituito l'infisso e l'azienda ci ha informato del fatto che nella nuova produzione hanno inserito degli accorgimenti che migliorano ancora di più la capacità di resistenza dell'infisso al tentativo di intrusione. Un'azienda in continua ricerca ed evoluzione, cosa si può chiedere di più!! Soddisfattissimi della scelta fatta!! Company of excellence. We purchased Sekur RC3 anti-effector frames. Last year we underwent an intrusion attempt. Surely the high quality of the window frame prevented thieves from entering! The window has been damaged in several points by levering with crowbar in the vain attempt to unhinge the door. Failing to do so, they strove on the double glass which, not being armored (but still of very good strength, given the way it broke), eventually managed to break through it in a small stretch near the handle, but the handle, provided with a key lock, it still prevented thieves from entering !! At that point they gave up on the attempted theft, probably because they realized that they would have to spend a lot of time to destroy much of the glass to enter. We have replaced the frame and the company has informed us that in the new production they have introduced measures that further improve the resistance of the frame to the attempt of intrusion. A company in continuous research and evolution, what more can you ask for !! Very satisfied with the choice made !!

Rispondo alla risposta della Shulz sulla mia recensione: davvero peculiare il fatto che vi mostriate così attenti al cliente solo ora che ho reso pubblica la mia esperienza con la vostra azienda ed i vostri prodotti. Da mesi abbiamo chiesto assistenza senza ottenere una risposta, da ultimo la vostra dipendente che attacca il telefono. La nostra esperienza è che, effettuato l'acquisto, se un cliente ha un problema con i prodotti Schulz, viene lasciato dall'azienda completamente solo. Non credo proprio che questo sia "offrire livelli di assistenza sempre più elevati" . Chiudo qui la discussione perché potevate intervenire quando vi abbiamo chiesto assistenza invece che mostrarvi disponibili solo dopo questa recensione. For months we have been asking for assistance without getting an answer, most recently your employee who hangs up the phone. Our experience is that once a customer has a problem with Schulz products, once they have made their purchase, they are left by the company completely alone. I really don't think this is "offering ever higher levels of care". I close the discussion here because you could have intervened when we asked you for assistance instead of showing yourself available only after this review.
