★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fine food at its best. Ingredients are generally locally sourced and the menu has many local dishes. This is fine dining and while it is not cheap, the prices are fair for fantastic food, wines, and service in a wonderful setting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming restaurant serving the most delicious pasta. I sampled deer ravioli, truffle tortellini, schuttelbrot, pressknodel, and Branzino (fish) to finish. Everything was exquisite!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best restaurant around Bruneck and Brixen! Delicious and perfect. Sous-vide meat, incredible Hirsch (deer) steak. Also a served fish has been prepared in the salty crust, dessert looked like a volcano. Into the huge glass bowl was poured hot chocolate Amedei. Absolutely great experience! Will come again definitely even it’s a not a cheap dinner, but worthy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very good! My friend wanted to take me to a good quality restaurant on the last night of our vacation. I often think it is not worth it fot the money but in this case it was really good value for money. Every course was excellent and the people served eveything with a lot of attention. We want to come back once for sure.
Wij waren als Nederlanders echt heel erg tevreden!
