C	Corin Gologan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben die Weihnachtsferien 2016/17 im 4er Appartment "Zirbe" und 2017/18 und 2018/19 im größeren Appartment "Fichte" verbracht und sind immer sehr herzlich von Familie Kafmann empfangen worden. Die Appartments sind nagelneu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung in der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung "Fichte" ist für uns mit drei Kindern vom Platz her immer noch üppig groß. Wir durften die Tiere auf dem Hof besuchen und füttern, das war super für die Kids. Auch sehr vorteilhaft ist das schöne separate Spielzimmer im Haus. An der Talstation ist man in 3 bis 5 Minuten, dort kann man die Skier über Nacht lagern. Der Bäcker und Spar sind keine 2 min entfernt. Alles in Allem also wunderschön und logistisch perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! We spent the Christmas holidays 2016/17 in the 4-person apartment "Zirbe" and 2017/18 and 2018/19 in the larger apartment "Fichte" and were always warmly welcomed by the Kafmann family. The apartments are brand new and very nicely decorated. The furniture in the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The "Fichte" apartment is still very big for us with three children. We were allowed to visit and feed the animals on the farm, which was great for the kids. The beautiful separate playroom in the house is also very advantageous. You can get to the valley station in 3 to 5 minutes, where you can store your skis overnight. The bakery and Spar are less than 2 minutes away. So all in all beautiful and logistically perfect! We would like to come again!
C	C M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schönste Ferienwohnung, welche wir bis jetzt hatten. Neu mit hohem Standard und viel Raum. Kurze Wege zum Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt und was man so alles benötigt. Auch viele Wanderungen kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus starten. Die Kinder hatten auf dem Hof eine Menge Spaß. Sehr liebe Gastgeber mit einem offenen Ohr für alle Fragen. Wer die Möglichkeit hat außerhalb der gängigen Ferien diese wundervolle Gegend zu besuchen, sollte es tun. Jetzt im August sind Rosengarten und Latemar extrem überlaufen, dass es teilweise für den, der in Bergen Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, anstrengend ist. The nicest apartment we have ever had. New to a high standard and lots of space. Short distances to the bakery, butcher, supermarket and everything you need. Many hikes can also be started directly from the accommodation. The children had a lot of fun in the yard. Very nice hosts with an open ear for all questions. If you have the opportunity to visit this wonderful area outside of the usual holidays, you should do it. Now in August, the Rosengarten and Latemar are extremely overcrowded, so that it can sometimes be exhausting for those looking for peace and relaxation in the mountains.

L'appartamento è il migliore che abbiamo avuto. A wonderful farm for me and our family. All services one step away. You park the car and turn it on just to get back. The apartment is the best we have had.
D	Detlef Urban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhafte Wandermöglichkeiten von der Haustür aus sind möglich, die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Sonnenliegen warten zur Erholung auf dem Hof, für Kinder ist auf dem Hof bestens gesorgt, für Familien und Paare ist der Hof als Unterkunft hervorragend geeignet. Der Hof liegt mit vielleicht 3 Gehminuten nicht weit vom Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Somit ist die Lage zentral und dennoch ruhig. Alles übertrifft allerdings noch die Gastfreundlichkeit, man muss sogar sagen Gastherzlichkeit der Familie Kafmann. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Ich habe immer ein seliges Lächeln im Gesicht, wenn ich an unseren Urlaub dort zurückdenke. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wonderful hiking possibilities from the front door are possible, the apartments are tastefully decorated, sun loungers are waiting for recreation in the yard, for children is well catered for in the yard, for families and couples the farm is ideal for accommodation. The farm is located about 3 minutes walk not far from the bakery and shops. Thus, the location is central, yet quiet. However, everything exceeds the hospitality, you have to say even the hospitality of the family Kafmann. We felt comfortable from the first moment. I always have a blissful smile on my face when I think back to our holiday there. We'll be back!
S	Sven Wauschkuhn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben nun bereits das zweite Jahr unseren Winterurkaub bei Margit und Markus Kafmann verbracht und sind auch dieses Mal wieder begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung, das Haus insgesamt und der gesamte Hof sind absolut Top. Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr die Ferienwohnung Zirbe mit einem Schlafzimmer hatten, waren wir dieses. Jahr in der Wohnung Eiche mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es sind modernste Wohnungen mit einer perfekten Ausstattung in einer für uns optimalen Lage im Zentrum vom Ort (und trotzdem absolut ruhig) und die Gondel ins Skigebiet ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Pisten dort sind sowohl bei viel Schnee (im letzten Jahr) als auch bei wenig Schnee und wärmeren Temperaturen (dieses Jahr) bestens präpariert und auch nachmittags noch gut fahrbar. Dazu kommen dann noch die ganz sehr netten Gastgeber die ganz sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht sind. Vielen Dank dafür! ....wir kommen gerne wieder. We have already spent the second year of our Winterurkaub with Margit and Markus Kafmann and are thrilled again this time. The apartment, the house and the entire yard are absolutely top. After last year we had the apartment with one bedroom, we were this. Year in the apartment oak with two bedrooms. They are modern apartments with perfect facilities in an optimal location in the center of the village (and still very quiet) and the gondola to the ski area is only a few minutes walk away. The pistes there are well groomed with lots of snow (last year) as well as with little snow and warmer temperatures (this year) and still good to drive in the afternoons. Then there are the very nice hosts who are very concerned about the well-being of their guests. Thanks a lot for this! .... we will gladly come again.

Die beiden kleinen Katzen Nina und Wurschtl sind total zutraulich und verschmust. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Very nice apartments and great location. Margit and Markus are super nice and happy to help out with questions about the area and history. The two little cats Nina and Wurschtl are totally trusting and cuddly. We would love to come back!

Der Hof ist super gelegen und insgesamt echt schön, hinterm Haus gibt es auch noch eine Terasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Die Katzen sind wirklich sehr verschmust, und Margit und Markus sind richtig nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, empfehlen wir gerne weiter! Nice, modern and clean apartments with good facilities. The farm is in a great location and overall really nice, behind the house there is also a terrace with a grill. The cats are really very cuddly, and Margit and Markus are really nice and helpful hosts, we are happy to recommend them!

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt im Dorfzentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten zu Spar, Bushaltestelle etc., aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung absolut zu empfehlen! Wonderful holiday apartment (Fichte apartment), very clean, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The location is ideal, right in the center of the village, only a few minutes' walk to Spar, the bus stop, etc., but still very quiet. The landlady is very nice. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended!
