Dapprima, una volta ricevuto il pacco, all interno c'erano 2 soli connettori anzichè 4, e ho così dovuto posticipare l'installazione (che avevo già concordato con l'installatore , con disagi sia suoi che miei) . Appena ricevuto il pacco via Whatsapp ho chiesto conferma degli adattatori, visto che 2 erano di una forma diversa dagli altri 2: la risposta è stata inequivocabile...si, certo, sono giusti...quindi mi sono fidato. Dopo alcuni giorni mi sono arrivati i 2 connettori, ho preso appuntamento con l 'installatore chiedendo via Whatsapp ancora conferma sugli adattatori, e mi hanno confermato la correttezza del materiale. Perfetto! Ieri mattina porto l auto e la sera vado a ritirarla. Morale della favola: i woofer originali erano da 20cm, quindi grazie al loro kit ho fatto un bel downgrade del sistema, visto che sono da 165mm! In più , come volevasi dimostrare, 2 adattatori NON andavano bene, così l'installatore è dovuto andare a comprarne altri 2, che ovviamente mi ha fatto pagare. Quindi, ricapitolando,: costo di acquisto del kit, + costo di installazione, e mi trovo un impianto audio peggiore del precedente (per lo meno in termini di bassi). Tutto ciò senza aver MAI ricevuto delle scuse da parte loro (non parliamo di rimborsi, figuriamoci...). Mai più! Bad experience, purchase via Ebay. I purchased a separate 2 way Hertz kit sold SPECIFIC for VW TOUAREG 2003-2008. Moral of the story: the original woofers were 20cm, so thanks to their kit I did a nice downgrade of the system, since they are 165mm! In addition, as we wanted to prove, 2 adapters were NOT right, so the installer had to go and buy 2 more, which obviously made me pay. So, in summary,: purchase cost of the kit, + installation cost, and I find myself a worse sound system than the previous one (at least in terms of bass). All this without having NEVER received an apology from them (we are not talking about refunds, let alone ...). Never again!
