E infatti la cantina Schiavon, pur essendo una cantina piccola e a conduzione familiare, produce ottimi vini, che sicuramente piacciono alle persone che ricercano i sapori di una volta, semplici e pieni. Tra i miei preferiti c'è il Millesimato Spumante Extra Dry: lascia un ottimo retrogusto ed è perfetto anche per creare lo Spritz! "Good wine is in small barrels" they say. And in fact the Schiavon winery, despite being a small and family-run winery, produces excellent wines, which surely appeal to people who are looking for the flavors of the past, simple and full. Among my favorites is the Millesimato Spumante Extra Dry: it leaves an excellent aftertaste and is also perfect for creating a Spritz!
