★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale arrogante e maleducato. Se avete bisogno di un cappuccino da asporto...non lo fanno; inutile chiedere il perché: loro "non devono dare giustificazione a nessuno". E magari poi chiedono al cliente se si è alzato con la luna storta.
Ci vuole professionalità anche per servire dietro il bancone di un bar.
Pessimo! Fortuna che poco più avanti c'è un altro bar, forse meno bello, ma con un signore così gentile che da oggi mi vedrà entrare tutti i giorni.
 Arrogant and rude staff. If you need a takeaway cappuccino ... they don't; it is useless to ask why: they "must not justify anyone". And maybe then they ask the customer if he got up with a bad moon.
