Ci presentiamo alle 17:50 attendiamo con educazione il nostro turno visto che le 3 signore addette alle vendite erano impegnate con altri o clienti alle 18:20 ci presentiamo alla Signora Emanuela che doveva essere la nostra assistente se c’era ancora molto da attendere visto che il nostro appuntamento era per le ore 18:00 di cui riconfermato oggi telefonicamente alle ore 17:00, è la sig.ra Sciacca sbigottita chiede ai cliente seduti difronte a lei il loro cognome, è molto sbalordita si rende conto che i signori seduti non avevano nessuna prenotazione con lei. Allora io mi domando: la nostra visita in negozio di Mercoledì per prendere una prenotazione dopo due giorni ha cosa è servita visto che oggi chi entra si siede al nostro posto senza prenotazione????? Concludo dicendo che noi siamo andati via e’ mi aspettavo una loro telefonata di scusa che non è avvenuta. Sottolineo abbiamo comprato qualche mese addietro da loro una cucina da 20 mila euro è volevamo aggiungere un mobile, vuol dire che lo compreremo ovunque ma mai più da loro. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti visto il cattivissimo comportamento con i clienti specialmente che da loro non regalano nulla. Today 12 June 18:00 we had an appointment made on Wednesday afternoon.
