I tempi di consegna non rispettati ed il tessuto ricevuto non ha avuto nessun controllo qualità, altrimenti non l'avrebbero spedito. La cosa intollerabile è l'assenza di risposta telefonica (anche al numero Mobile) per risolvere un problema da loro creato.
Bad experience and unprofessional attitude.
The delivery times were not respected and the fabric received did not have any quality control, otherwise they would not have shipped it. The intolerable thing is the absence of a telephone answer (even to the mobile number) to solve a problem created by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying from outside Italy DO NOT buy from here. They messed up my order. I ordered fabric from them and they Ignored my calls and emails for one month. Then they used my DHL express account when I told them not to which cost me an extra £600 for shipping. Do not use this company their communication and customer service is poor.
