★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero indecisa tra questo parrucchiere ed un altro celebre parrucchiere barese. Scortesia, poca disponibilità, arroganza telefonica. Avevo chiesto un appuntamento per una consulenza, per un consiglio su un taglio ed un colore. Prima mi hanno chiesto : quando vuole venire? Nel momento in cui io ho risposto : " è indifferente, quando vuole " , mi liquidano dicendo "siamo impegnati " Evidentemente temevano che la consulenza sarebbe stata gratuita e quindi non retribuita. Avrei gradito che mi si trovasse, con garbo e gentilezza ed astuzia, la scusa di una piega per vedere lo stato dei capelli, piuttosto che un atteggiamento totale di chiusura. Dato che la mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trasferiti a Bari ed abitiamo in prossimità del parrucchiere Scarpa, sarebbe stato sicuramente un "buon affare" sia per loro, che per noi. Ma essere trattata con sufficienza e con troppa confidenza non è stato di mio gradimento.
I was undecided between this hairdresser and another famous hairdresser from Bari. Unfriendliness, lack of availability, telephone arrogance. I had asked for an appointment for a consultation, for advice on a cut and a color. First they asked me: when do you want to come? The moment I replied: "it's indifferent, when you want", they dismiss me saying "we're busy" Evidently they feared that the consultancy would be free and therefore unpaid. I would have liked to have found, with grace and kindness and cunning, the excuse of a fold to see the state of the hair, rather than a total closing attitude. Since my family and I have moved to Bari and we live near the Scarpa hairdresser, it would certainly have been a "good deal" for both them and us. But being treated with disdain and too much confidence was not to my liking.
