Ferruccio Scalzi, già consulente e progettista di fiducia di molti Enti quali la Cassa per il Mezzogiorno, vari comuni, amministrazioni provinciali ed enti sanitari, ha diretto la realizzazione di opere significative sia sul piano tecnico che su quello economico.
Tra le altre, si evidenzia il Centro Meccanografico per L’Italia Centrale ed Insulare a Latina, importanti presidi ospedalieri come il nuovo Ospedale di Terracina, opere di urbanizzazione primaria a Latina ed in Provincia tra cui quelle per l’intera isola di Ponza, Istituti professionali a Latina, Venafro e Macomer, Piani regolatori per vari comuni ed importanti realizzazioni di edilizia pubblica a Roma e Latina.
Studio Scalzi has been operating since 1954 and during its long activity it has realized works of public and private interest, even of considerable importance. The founder, the engineer Ferruccio Scalzi, already a trusted consultant and designer of many bodies such as the Cassa per il Mezzogiorno, various municipalities, provincial administrations and health authorities, has directed the realization of significant works both technically and economically.
Among the others, we highlight the Mechanical Center for Central and Insular Italy in Latina, important hospitals such as the new Terracina Hospital, primary urbanization works in Latina and in the Province, including those for the entire island of Ponza, Institutes professionals in Latina, Venafro and Macomer, Town Planning Plans for various common and important public housing projects in Rome and Latina.
