Ci siamo tornati più di una volta durante il weekend passato a Sirmione e non ha mai deluso, dalla Birra che propongono veramente ottima, agli antipasti tra tagliere di salumi vari e i gamberi che sono la fine del mondo. In più il titolare del locale che si occupa di fare anche i cocktail è una persona molto alla mano ed è stato anche un piacere parlare con lui. Se passate da Sirmione consiglio un passaggio presso questo locale A really great discovery this little restaurant in Sirmione, small but very characteristic and the food and the cocktails are really excellent. In addition, the owner of the restaurant who also takes care of making cocktails is a very easy-going person and it was also a pleasure to talk to him. If you pass by Sirmione I recommend a passage at this place

Offre una modesta selezione di tranci di pizze, di qualità sufficiente per un pranzo al volo ma chiaramente turistiche nel prezzo e nella qualità. Abbiamo ordinato due tranci di margherita e una di farcita e ci hanno portato due pizze farcite e una margherita. Voglio credere in una svista del cameriere e non in un brutto tentativo di racimolare qualche euro in più, dato che il costo di quella semplice fosse di 4€ e di 6€ per quella con condimenti accessori. In questo caso si trattava di zucchine e gamberetti, di qualità mediocre, e freddi all'interno. La crosta della pizza era dura e secca, mentre l'impasto in alcuni punti quasi crudo, segno di una cottura veloce e frettolosa, per nulla attenta alle temperature. L'acqua in bottiglia costa 3€. Per un pranzo veloce abbiamo speso 22€ e ci siamo alzati quasi nauseati, e amareggiati per l'esperienza. Il centro di Sirmione è chiaramente turistico, con prezzi esagerati per la qualità del prodotto. Spiace vedere queste dinamiche in gioco anche in un bar, seppur capibile, una corretta recensione deve tenere considerazione anche di ciò. Plauso invece alla gestione del locale, ben tenuto e decorato, con un bagno meraviglioso, scavato nella roccia a vista. Mediocre bar in the center of Sirmione. It offers a modest selection of pizza slices, of sufficient quality for a quick lunch but clearly touristy in price and quality. We ordered two slices of margherita and one of stuffed and they brought us two stuffed pizzas and a margherita. I want to believe in an oversight of the waiter and not in a bad attempt to raise a few euros more, since the cost of the simple one was € 4 and € 6 for the one with accessory condiments. In this case it was courgettes and shrimps, of mediocre quality, and cold inside. The pizza crust was hard and dry, while the dough was almost raw in some places, a sign of fast and hasty cooking, not at all attentive to temperatures. Bottled water costs € 3. For a quick lunch we spent € 22 and we got up almost nauseated, and bitter about the experience. The center of Sirmione is clearly touristic, with exaggerated prices for the quality of the product. Sorry to see these dynamics at play even in a bar, although understandable, a correct review must also take this into consideration. Instead, I applaud the management of the restaurant, well maintained and decorated, with a wonderful bathroom, dug into the exposed rock.
