Per ogni minimo dubbio rispondono al cellulare e aiutano in tutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, questa volta per me perché hanno dei gioielli meravigliosi a prezzi convenienti. I really enjoyed it. I pierced my two year old daughter's ears and they were patient and helpful. For the slightest doubt they answer their mobile phones and help with everything. I will definitely be back, this time for myself as they have wonderful jewelry at affordable prices.

Ho acquistato varie volte in questo negozio perché vicino casa mia, ma più volte mi sono ritrovato con gioielli da aggiustare perché la fattura non era molto buona (e vi assicuro che la differenza c’è rispetto ad altri gioielli comprati in giro per la città). Nello specifico un anellino d’oro che si è deformato dopo pochissime settimane, un bracciale a palline d’argento il cui cavo sottostante si è spezzato perché fatto di una sorta di plastica (fatto aggiustare e messo acciaio,come doveva essere dal principio) ed un altro bracciale d’argento che si è completamente spanciato ed ora mi esce dalla mano se la agito molto... In sintesi, ce ne sono decine e decine di migliori, assolutamente non consigliato se volete fare un buon regalo! Bad quality. Di recente ho comprato degli orecchini da regalare,e sono stato ben consigliato.Il negozio è ben fornito. Per comodità, ho deciso di recarmi presso la loro sede di Venaria e purtroppo mi ritrovo a fare questa brutta recensione. Poca professsionalità nel servire i clienti, zero pazienza e voglia di mostrare i gioielli. Grandissima maleducazione della proprietaria, che al contrario dovrebbe essere da esempio per la sua dipendente. Dulcis in fundo, confezione regalo impresentabile! Per quanto vendano alcuni gioielllini a buon prezzo, soluzioni alternative si possono facilmente trovare anche in altre gioiellerie spendendo le stesse cifre, magari subendo un trattamento più rispettoso! Credo che non mi vedranno mai più: i clienti vanno rispettati e poi ricordatevi che la miglior pubblicità e' il passaparola!
