Servizio per i clienti molto professionale,gentile e disponibile. Il ragazzo ci ha fatto vedere la differenza tra i vari infissi e, maniglie e vetri così da poter scegliere quello adatto a noi. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di acquistarli. Gli infissi sono di una qualità davvero ottima, massicci ed isolanti termicamente e acusticamente. Inoltre siamo rimasti molto contenti per la disponibilità dei tecnici per un problema avuto sul portone d'ingresso: periodo covid , il portone non si chiudeva più ed erano le 22 , dopo una telefonata al tecnico si sono resi subito disponibili e sono arrivati dopo nemmeno un ora, tempo della strada.Esperienza davvero positiva! Unico servizio da migliorare è il servizio post vendita, capisco il periodo dei 110% però non bisogna mai lasciare il cliente senza assistenza. Rispondete ai messaggi o chiamate. The boy showed us the difference between the various fixtures and, handles and glass so that we can choose the one that suits us. In the end we decided to buy them. The fixtures are of a really excellent quality, solid and thermally and acoustically insulating. We were also very happy with the availability of the technicians for a problem we had on the entrance door: covid period, the door no longer closed and it was 10 pm, after a phone call to the technician they made themselves available immediately and arrived after not even one now, road time. Really good experience! The only service to be improved is the after-sales service, I understand the 110% period but you must never leave the customer without assistance. Answer messages or calls.
