Mi sono trovato bene oltre a fare carburante si può fare gol gli prezzi sono buoni e il personale è gentile io consiglio.

Had rental car issues coming down of Mt. Etna and these guys saved our butts. Short version, Hertz gave us a rental car with a dirty fuel injector. The engine kept cutting out, which would cut the breaks, and a giant volcano with twisty switchback roads is the last place you want to lose breaks. We hobbled into this gas station and asked the guys to tell us what the check engine and error messages meant. They immediately told us the car was undrivable and even called Hertz for us as any person we could get on the phone only spoke Italian. They made sure Hertz was sending us a tow truck, and even arranged for a Taxi to get us back to our airbnb. The tow truck kept going to the wrong gas station and one of the guys stayed with us until the Taxi arrived. We had to wait another hour or two for the tow truck, and even though the gas station's attendants all went home for the night, one came back to check on us a couple hours later (again, taxi guy still helping us). He came back at just the right time. Hertz was trying to say we put the wrong type of gas in it (gasolio means diesel in Italy, but we knew this and asked for benzina). Since our gas station guy was the one who filled up our car, he was able to correct the Hertz guy that the right stuff was put in, but the car had its issues before he filled it up. All in all, he got us straightened out, Hertz realized the issue was their fault, and he got us a taxi home. I really wish we'd written down his name, because I'd really like to thank him again. The whole staff was helpful, but it was that one guy who kept going the extra mile that made the difference. Thanks again.
