Bad, sorry to give this review but I phoned for a fault in the electrical system, they told me that they would call in the afternoon and after a week still no one called. Congratulations on education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un preventivo dopo telefonata con loro commerciale. Dopo svariati mesi non ho ricevuto nulla. Mi hanno ovviamente fatto perdere tempo perchè ho atteso anche il loro preventivo invano. Non comprendo questo atteggiamento da parte di un'azienda: è questione di rispetto ed educazione, basterebbe rispondere siamo spiacenti ma non riusciamo, alla prima telefonata.
I requested a quote after a phone call with their sales team. After several months I have not received anything. They obviously made me waste time because I also waited in vain for their quote. I do not understand this attitude on the part of a company: it is a matter of respect and education, it would be enough to answer we are sorry but we can not, at the first phone call.
