★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non sono andata con questa agenzia di viaggi , ma le mie 2 amiche sono ritornate ieri dal viaggio di Napoli - la visita del Cristo Velato , che è molto famoso e rinomato, e Procida, dichiarata la città europea 2022, che è una città multicolore piena di fascino ! Sicuramente sia stato un viaggio meraviglioso pieno di emozioni e di cultura! Ho visto il programma delle gite organizzate , molto interessante e piene di cose meravigliose da visitare ! Ho letto pure le recensioni che siano più che positive! La consiglio vivamente ! Complimenti !
Personally I did not go with this travel agency, but my 2 friends returned yesterday from the trip to Naples - the visit of the Veiled Christ, which is very famous and renowned, and Procida, declared the European city 2022, which is a multicolored city full of charm! It was certainly a wonderful journey full of emotions and culture! I saw the program of organized tours, very interesting and full of wonderful things to visit! I also read the reviews that are more than positive! I highly recommend it! Congratulations !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza, ho prenotato il viaggio a Rasiglia per il giorno di Pasquetta per 4 persone, mi e’ arrivata una email con l’iban per fare il pagamento , non avendo ricevuto nessuna conferma al pagamento eseguito ho provato a chiamare in agenzia senza ricevere risposta ho mandato sms ed email ma nulla . dopo alcuni giorni mi scrivono che il viaggio non è stato confermato quindi di inviare iban per rimborso .ho risposto e, ancora una volta a distanza di qualche giorno non avendo ricevuto conferma ho chiamato in agenzia . Mi ha risposto una persona che alla mia richiesta di informazioni in merito invece di scusarsi per il disagio causato mi ha aggredito verbalmente accusandomi di aver sbagliato a saldare , che nessuno ha confermato il viaggio e che loro chiedono il pagamento per poter prenotare le camere, senza considerare che la gita di Pasquetta a Rasiglia si sarebbe svolta in un solo giorno.
Fate attenzione prima di pagare!
We had a bad experience, I booked the trip to Rasiglia for Easter Monday for 4 people, I received an email with the iban to make the payment, having not received any confirmation of the payment made, I tried to call the agency without receiving an answer I sent sms and emails but nothing. after a few days they write to me that the trip has not been confirmed so to send iban for a refund. I replied and, once again after a few days, having not received confirmation, I called the agency. A person replied that to my request for information on the subject instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused, verbally attacked me accusing me of having made a mistake in paying, that no one has confirmed the trip and that they ask for payment to be able to book the rooms, without consider that the Easter Monday trip to Rasiglia would have taken place in just one day.
Be careful before paying!
