★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire a un cliente, dopo aver aspettato 40 minuti il proprio turno e aver fatto l'autocertificazione per venire da voi, di tornare il giorno dopo perché ormai dovevate chiudere la cassa è proprio vergognoso...!! Tra l'altro chiudete alle 1830 neanche le 19..in periodi in cui consigliano di allungare le fasce orarie di apertura per diluire i clienti..
