Ottimo hotel al centro e buona guida che l'agenzia mi ha fatto per visitare vari posti, castelli e monumenti della città. Oltre alla bella crociera è stato unico il modo con cui hanno realizzato la nostra guida consigliandoci posti da noi graditi, anche molto interessati durante la nostra vacanza nel sapere come stesse proseguendo. Delle persone molto simpatiche e professionali. Grazie ancora ??? Nonostante io e la mia ragazza avessimo un budget ristretto per la nostra vacanza, Antonella e Giovanni hanno saputo accontentarci pienamente, permettendoci di trascorrere 7 favolosi giorni a Creta. Le cose che ci hanno colpito, anche rispetto ad altre agenzie, sono state la cordialità, l'attenzione al minimo dettaglio e alle esigenze del cliente e l'ampia disponibilità. Dal primo incontro in agenzia già abbiamo percepito professionalità e competenza, quando Antonella ci ha esposto il loro modo di lavorare e soprattutto ci ha posto una serie di domande per capire nostri gusti e preferenze. Abbiamo gradito tantissimo la telefonata post vacanza di Giovanni per chiederci l'esito della vacanza. Insomma un'agenzia vicina al cliente come poche altre. Chi come me é alle prime esperienze di viaggio può affidarsi ad occhi chiusi alla loro esperienza. Per il mio viaggio a Praga hanno creato una giuda basata sulla durata del mio soggiorno, indicandomi passo passo quali posti visitare e come raggiungerli, cosa è dove mangiare e molto altro.
