Un po' tutto accatastato in modo abbastanza instabile, si fatica a passare tra una pila di oggetti e l'altra, a meno d essere tutti delle Twiggy(una indossatrice famosa per la sua magrezza) Small shop for what's on sale. Alla mia richiesta di reso mi è stato risposto che i giorni festivi non effettuano cambi o resi pur essendo il negozio quasi vuoto. Dovrò tornare lunedì per farmi restituire i soldi. Servizio clienti pessimo. Qualità prodotti :il risparmio non è mai guadagno. Sconsiglio. Sono tornato in settimana, niente reso solo assistenza... Dovrò tornare perché mi facciano sapere quando sarà riparato... Non mi hanno nemmeno sostituito il prodotto con uno disponibile. Mando un messaggio all’assistenza, perché non hanno il numero, vengo contattata dopo mesi per portarlo in un negozio a ripararlo, nemmeno sostituirlo. NON LO RIPARANO, l’aspirapolvere continua a surriscaldarsi, e mi prendono anche in giro in negozio, accendendola e dicendomi “vedi che adesso non si surriscalda?”. Ovviamente usandola a casa si surriscalda ancora, richiamo e mi dicono che devo aprire un’altra segnalazione. Intanto surriscaldandosi si è letteralmente staccando un pezzo, si è proprio “cotta” la plastica per la temperatura. CUSTOMER SERVICE IMBARAZZANTE. Ovviamente la policy sarà - paghi poco ma non ricevi nessuna assistenza e se possiamo ti prendiamo anche in giro- meglio spendere qualcosa di più e riceve un’assistenza seria e non comprare da questi marchi che producono tanto per ingannare le persone. Siete da denuncia all’associazione consumatori! VERGOGNA EMBARRASSING. I bought the vacuum cleaner online, it overheats.
