Sono tornata il sabato per cambiarla e mi hanno rimandato a casa, dicendomi NO il weekend non si cambia! Sono tornata di nuovo un giorno feriale e mi hanno rimandata a casa dicendo NO sono passati più di 7 gg!!!
Non ve lo consiglio,, customer care inesistente. Ci sono negozi migliori. E pensare che ci volevo prendere diverse cose per la mia casa.
Bad service, I took a pan, I realized at home that I need the larger size. I came back on Saturday to change it and they sent me home, saying NO, you don't change at the weekend! I came back again on a weekday and they sent me home saying NO more than 7 days have passed !!!
I do not recommend it, customer care non existent. There are better shops. And to think that I wanted to take several things for my house.
