Mandiamo in sostituzione, come unica scelta data, e ci arriva a distanza di 45 giorni, riparato. Usato altre 4 volte ok, la quinta di nuovo bruciato. Perciò vendete altro ma non elettrodomestici. PS. Fortuna il personale gentile. I bought a Kooper blender with a 2 year warranty and after 2 uses, the engine burns out. We send in replacement, as the only choice given, and it arrives 45 days later, repaired. Used another 4 times ok, the fifth again burned. So sell other things but not appliances. PS. Luckily the friendly staff.

La politica del negozio Satur è la seguente: acquistano merce quasi difettata a poco prezzo e la rivendono come se fosse nuova a prazzi vantaggiosi dunque il loro guadagno sta nel fatto che: se hai lo scontrino te lo mandano in assistenza e non è detto perchè le garanzie sono molto restrittive oppure nemmeno te lo cambiano. Addirittura a me è successo che ho acquistato un avvitatore che dopo il primo utilizzo non funzionava più, al che sono andato in negozio e la risposta è stata la seguente: lo sapevamo che era difettato se ha lo scontrino le facciamo un buono. La mia risposta è stata: ma voi sapete che sono difettati e li vendete lo stesso e avete pure bisogno dello scontrino?? SATUR è destinato a fallire. Non comprate nulla che non siano bicchieri, tazzine e barbeque. STOP. I'm certainly not the last fool in this world. Attenzione non li cambiano i prodotti ma li mandano in assistenza (penso non sia vero) e dopo un paio di giorni ti dicono pure che non è coperto da assistenza e praticamente ti attachi al cavolo. Ho comprato nell'ordine: 3 ventilatori, 4 asciugacapelli, borsa frigo, avvitatore elettrico, taglia barba. Bravi COMPLIMENTONI TRUFFARE IN QUESTO MODO LE PERSONE. Dovete fallire. THESE STORES BUY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS !!!! Be careful!!!!! he sells them and after a couple of days they break.
