β β β β β Metto una Stella perchΓ© non posso mettere di meno. Per aggiustare un un'elettrodomestico mi Γ¨ stato tenuto 4 mesi e poi restituito senza aggiustare. Si permettono anche di prendere in giro il cliente. Sconsigliatissimo!
 I wear a star because I can't wear less. To fix a household appliance I was kept for 4 months and then returned without fixing. They also allow themselves to make fun of the customer. Sconsigliatissimo!

β β β β β Sono andato in questo negozio per acquistare una nuova resistenza per un forno da incasso Electrolux. Resistenza rotonda per la funzione ventilata. Mi Γ¨ stato venduto un prodotto non originale al prezzo di 47β¬. Stesso prodotto si trova su Amazon a 12,50β¬.
Sicuramente non entrerΓ² mai piΓΉ alla Sater.

I went to this shop to buy a new heating element for an Electrolux built-in oven. Round heating element for the ventilated function. I was sold a non-original product for the price of 47 β¬. Same product can be found on Amazon for β¬ 12.50.
I will certainly never enter Sater again.

β β β β β Non Γ¨ mai piacevole dover dare una recensione negativa, conosco la Sater da tempo, e nell'occasione del guasto della mia lavastoviglie Indesit mi sono rivolto a loro per l'assistenza; il tecnico Γ¨ stato abbastanza veloce, purtroppo mi ha dovuto comunicare, dopo l'intervento che mi Γ¨ costato β¬ 40,00, che la lavastoviglie non era riparabile, e mi ha consigliato di passare dalla ditta per valutare l'acquisto di una nuova, scontando probabilmente sul prezzo le 40 euro dell'intervento. Io e mia moglie siamo passati e cortesemente ci hanno illustrato le lavastoviglie a disposizione, ci siamo ripromessi di pensarci su. Non essendo del tutto convinto, ed avendo la nostra lavastoviglie appena tre anni di vita, ho contattato la casa, che mi ha aperto una estensione di garanzia e mi ha inviato un tecnico, devo dire che l'intervento Γ¨ stato importante, ma con una cifra molto lontana dal costo per l'acquisto del nuovo ha risolto il problema. mi dispiace per la Sater, ma credo che nei miei confronti non abbiano fatto una bella figura. P.s. Γ¨ tutto documentabile.
It is never pleasant to have to give a negative review, I have known Sater for some time, and on the occasion of the failure of my Indesit dishwasher I turned to them for assistance; the technician was fast enough, unfortunately he had to inform me, after the surgery that cost me β¬ 40.00, that the dishwasher was not repairable, and he advised me to go to the company to evaluate the purchase of a new one, probably discounting the 40 euro of the intervention on the price. My wife and I passed by and kindly showed us the dishwashers available, we vowed to think about it. Not being completely convinced, and having our dishwasher just three years old, I contacted the house, which opened an extended warranty and sent me a technician, I must say that the intervention was important, but with a a figure very far from the cost of purchasing the new one has solved the problem. I'm sorry for Sater, but I don't think they made a good impression on me. P.Ε . it's all documentable.

β β β β β Gentili ed efficienti, ma esosissimi: per un intervento di 5 minuti che si Γ¨ concretizzato nel cambio delle rotelle dei due carrelli, ho pagato 80 euro.
Al prossimo guasto cambierΓ² direttamente l'elettrodomestico.
