Ha ripristinato il funzionamento e la spesa é stata contenuta. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo. Come sempre professionali ed efficienti. I needed assistance on the weekend and they intervened within 2 hours of my call. The technician who attended was very competent and kind. It restored the operation and the expense was contained. Really excellent value for money. As always professional and efficient.

Ultimamente poi ho avuto modo di valutare anche la loro correttezza in quanto ho chiesto un parere su una caldaia vecchiotta e è datata e anziché propormi un nuovo mi hanno detto che può funzionare tranquillamente ancora un anno o due quindi di aspettare, in effetti oggi è raro trovare un comportamento così corretto. I have been a customer for years and have always been served with efficiency, professionalism and speed in the intervention. Lately then I also had the opportunity to evaluate their correctness as I asked for an opinion on an old boiler and it is dated and instead of proposing a new one they told me that it can work safely still a year or two so to wait, in fact today it is rare find such correct behavior.

Essendo successo per la terza volta questo anno gli ho chiesto di venire a verificare il malfunzionamento senza addebito di spese, non accettato. Servizio pessimo For 3 consecutive years the boiler went into lockdown after their annual overhaul and I had to get them back at my expense to get it started again. Having happened for the third time this year I asked him to come and check the malfunction without charge, not accepted. Bad service
C	Chiara Benvenuti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che sono vostra cliente, principalmente per controlli annuali della caldaia,purtroppo questa volta non siete stati serie e professionali,in quanto per un cambio di un pezzo della caldaia mi avevate comunicato telefonicamente l'importo che avrei dovuto pagare.Al momento che il vostro tecnico è venuto a sostituire il pezzo il conto non corrispondeva più a quello che precedentemente la segretaria (il giorno prima) mi aveva detto, era maggiorato di €60. Li ho contattati subito prima di pagare il conto e la segreteria ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che la differenza in più sarebbe stato il costo della manodopera. Ma mi chiedo quando si fa un prevendivo non si mette il pezzo + la manodopera???? O si preferisce fare queste figure di .....e perdere clienti per la mancanza di professionalità? Oltretutto la segreteria telefonicamente mi ha minacciato che se non davo tutta la cifra al tecnico mi avrebbe dovuto smontare il pezzo cambiato e riportarlo via!.... Complimenti Sat! Spero che la mia esperienza vi faccia lavorare meglio per gli altri clienti. (Secondo la segreteria il preventivo era di €230, a fine lavoro me ne ha chiesti €280....la differenza delle 60€ dove erano nel preventivo?????????)
