In pieno luglio dopo 22 giorni dalla richiesta di assistenza non si sono mai fatti sentire anche solo per dirmi che non avevano tempo per fare l’intervento; ad ogni contatto venivo messa in attesa e poi mi venivano raccontate scuse varie. Ho contattato un altro centro assistenza che si è presentato il giorno dopo. Per l’esperienza avuta, personalmente, è da evitare. Ho aspettato 20 giorni in pieno agosto per spendere 80 euro di intervento e rilevare che una scheda dell'unità esterna di un climatizzatore DAIKIN era da sostituire costo 769 euro+iva. L'intervento sarà durato circa 15 minuti. Ho deciso di cambiare marca e centro assitenza. Bad service center, very slow to do interventions and very expensive. La professionalità e la puntualità di SAT è indiscussa, dopo aver esposto il problema, il tecnico di SAT aveva già identificato la possibile causa (una valvola a tre vie contenuta all'interno della pompa), ed è venuta presso la mia abitazione già con il ricambio.... in pochi minuti problema risolto! Grazie davvero SAT! Aggiungo una nota, a distanza di tempo ho avuto di nuovo bisogno di Sat, confermo quanto già detto, professionali rapidi e disponibili! A tutt' oggi (5 settembre) sono ancora in attesa che lo facciano!! E questa la chiamate assistenza ?? Ho avuto la sfortuna di avere 3 guasti in 3 anni (ma qui centra l'affidabilità dei prodotti Daikin ex Rotex) a cui hanno sempre prontamente fatto fronte. I tecnici sono tutti preparatissimi e gentili. I prezzi assolutamente onesti. Company that has always shown great attention to requests and punctuality in repairs.
