Per avvantaggiare la scorrevolezza del trasporto automobilistico non vi sono più raccordi ferroviari tra le linee per Reggio e per Modena, questo determina una sensazione di "incompiuto" non consona ad una ricca e bella città d'arte di quarantamila abitanti. Oltretutto disagevole e abbastanza pericoloso il camminamento tra le due stazioni. Il servizio ferroviario per Modena viene effettuato con antiche automotrici elettriche soprannominate "belghe" per la loro provenienza (di cui solo alcune restaurate), che appaiono ormai più adatte a treni speciali rievocativi che non al normale servizio spola. Chi decide e amministra purtroppo non ha molte nozioni di trasporto pubblico, e non si immedesima nel turista in visita, o perlomeno ciò non pare una priorità...scarse infatti nella piccola Stazione le indicazioni turistiche su ciò che potenzialmente è visitabile in città, che invece peraltro è ricca di spunti artistici, storici, architettonici ed enogastronomici... already the name, "Terminal", is a punch in the stomach for an Italian city of art ... as if the station of an English city was called "Terminal". Timbra cartellini non funzionanti, Tabelle sgualcite e tabellone informativo che brullica di scarabocchi incomprensibili... Arriva il treno e un'assordante campanella ti spacca il timpano ma nessuna voce avverte di allontanarsi dalla linea gialla al gruppetto di ragazzi che mi è a fianco.... Arriva il treno e, come potete vedere dalla foto inserita, mi sono sentita catapultata negli anni 60!!!! Complimenti al treno... nonostante l'età funziona ancora!!!!!
