★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti!!! a 5 stelle, hanno accorciato un jeans da 214€ (AJ) sul fondo che doveva solamente essere rifoderato nelle tasche. Hanno mischiato il mio capo con quelli di altre persone, e il danno è stato eseguito a regola d`arte.
Ho ancora la messaggistica che si assumo lo sbaglio, poi successivamente intendono ripagare con dei buoni lavori, ma di non mio gradimento; liquidano la questione facendomi credere che lo sbaglio è mio a causa dell`errato lavaggio in lavatrice, chiaramente la lavatrice accorcia il solo fondo dei pantaloni non il resto, una sartoria scientifica.
Incompetent !!! to 5 stars, they shortened a € 214 (AJ) jeans on the bottom that only had to be lined in the pockets. They mixed my boss with those of other people, and the damage was done in a workmanlike manner.
I still have the messaging that I take the mistake, then later they intend to repay with good jobs, but not to my liking; they dismiss the issue by making me believe that the mistake is mine because of the incorrect washing in the washing machine, clearly the washing machine shortens the bottom of the pants only, not the rest, a scientific tailoring.
