Disonesta perché si “dimentica” di fare lo scontrino (se alle 16 del pomeriggio devi accendere il battitore di cassa vuol dire che non l’hai nemmeno acceso in giornata!); arrogante perché si permette di alzare la voce per far valere le sue ragioni di fronte ad una cliente insoddisfatta. Pregiatissima, si ricordi che chi alza la voce non solo ha la coda di paglia, ma nemmeno validi contenuti per ribattere! Con la sua maleducazione stia pur certa di aver perso una cliente (e spero tutti gli altri che leggeranno la mi recensione) ?? Dishonest, arrogant and rude. Dishonest because they "forget" to make the receipt (if you have to turn on the cashier at 4pm, it means that you haven't even turned it on during the day!); arrogant because he allows himself to raise his voice to assert his reasons in front of an unsatisfied customer. Precious, remember that those who raise their voices not only have a straw tail, but not even valid content to reply! With your rudeness, rest assured that you have lost a customer (and I hope everyone else who will read my review) ??
